We’re Lateral Dx: A New UK Based Lateral Flow Specialist Company Set to Do Things Differently
We are delighted to announce the launch of Lateral Dx. Founded by long standing industry professional Richard Campbell, our aim is to work closer with customers to achieve their lateral flow objectives.
Our Managing Director Richard, from the Stirling area, has over 20 years immunoassay development experience; with specialist lateral flow capability spanning the last 15 years. Working for one of the biggest global lateral flow specialists at senior management level, Richard led successful teams to deliver a wide range of test types and applications including drugs of abuse, environmental, clinical, allergy and veterinary.
Our new laboratory is located in Alloa, Scotland, where the focus is on conducting feasibility studies for lateral flow tests, using a rapid, quantitative and cost-effective method. We want to work closely with customers to develop and manufacture lateral flow tests in an efficient way.
With focus being placed on customer service, and building strong relationships that last, our entire team bring a wealth of industry knowledge and skills to new customers wanting to work with an experienced, project focussed team.
We will be specialising in conducting rapid screening projects for lateral flow test applications primarily focussed on environmental and veterinary testing.
Our team also have a range of off-the-shelf antibodies and conjugates that are tried and tested in lateral flow and we will be continuing research and development projects to add to these reagents over the coming months.
On the launch of the business Richard said,
I am thrilled that my vision for Lateral Dx is now coming to fruition. I’m passionate about working closely with customers to bring their lateral flow projects to life. We may be starting small but we are determined to do things differently and offer an excellent customer experience with the main goal being the development of outstanding lateral flow technology.
