AI sales assistant. Our website uses an AI assistant provided by Breezee AI Limited (Edinburgh, UK) to answer questions and help you book a conversation with us. The assistant tells you it is automated. It works without storing anything on your device; after a few messages, or if you give us your contact details, it will ask whether you would like it to remember you on a later visit, and it does so only if you agree. You can withdraw that choice at any time using the Manage data option inside the assistant.
What is collected. Anything you type into the conversation, and any contact details you choose to share. We use this to respond to you, to follow up on your enquiry, and to manage our sales pipeline. Breezee AI processes it on our behalf under a data processing agreement, using service providers it lists at breezee.ai/sub-processors; some of those providers are outside the UK, and transfers are protected by the safeguards described there.
Anonymised data. We have instructed Breezee AI to produce anonymised, aggregated statistics from conversations, with all direct and indirect identifiers removed so that no individual can reasonably be identified. Breezee AI may use this to improve its service. This anonymised data is not personal data and cannot be traced back to you.
Your rights. To access, correct or delete the personal data collected through the assistant, contact us at technical@lateraldx.com. We are the data controller for it; Breezee AI acts on our instructions.
