Lateral Dx were delighted to be given the opportunity to attend the Biodot 2023 Lateral
Flow Workshop earlier this month.
The three-day workshop which took place from 31 May to 2 June 2023 at Royal Leamington
Spa, Warwickshire University covered fundamental concepts and cutting-edge methods in assay development, quality control and data analysis.
Lateral Dx Managing Director, Richard Campbell attended the event alongside Research &
Development Manager, Martin Robison to share their expertise in lateral flow technology.
As a leading expert in the development of lateral flow technology and with over 25 years of
industry experience, Richard Campbell shared his wealth of knowledge via two talks
“Increasing Sensitivity in Lateral Flow” and “Considerations for Contract Research and
Development”.
The event gave attendees the opportunity to participate in hands-on demonstrations and
gain valuable insights and practical skills to enhance their lateral flow development process.
Discussing his attendance, Richard Campbell said: “It’s always great to attend these practical
workshops and help bring new tests to the market.”
“The workshop was a great opportunity for us to network with our fellow experts in the
field and meet with new and existing customers.”
The event which brought together over 20 different expert speakers covered everything
from basic lateral flow principles to advanced techniques in the industry.
